Highland Fine Cheeses employ excellent quality control levels and all of our products are full traceable. If you have any issues regarding our cheeses, we really do appreciate the feedback. We continue to work on constantly improving our quality control measures at our Highlands based production farm.

We use local dairies for the supply of our milk, providing the reassurance that Bovaer additives/supplements are not given to the animals who supply our milk and animal welfare is at it's highest standard. Happier cows really do mean a happier cheese!
