Administrative Assistant Job Vacancy, Tain
An opportunity has arisen within Highland Fine Cheeses for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The role will be part time with a minimum of 16 hours per week based in the office on site in Tain.
Requirements for the role are as follows:

- Customer relations
- Monitoring, actioning and filing emails accordingly
- Processing customer orders
- Processing deliveries
- Processing weights and sending invoices
- Supermarket online platforms – extracting orders, forecasts and invoicing
- Supporting with general office duties including filing
- Support with Quality paperwork, supplier approval certs and specs
- Content creator for BtoB partners
